CEO/Founder Chris D'Agostino
Chris is a seasoned professional with 40+ years of experience in the restaurant industry. His journey began in the kitchen, where he gained hands-on expertise before advancing his craft through formal culinary training. Chris apprenticed under renowned chefs whose mentorship equipped him with the knowledge and resilience to navigate the complexities of professional cooking. This immersive experience enabled him to master a variety of cuisines and develop a distinctive culinary style.
Chris ascended through key kitchen roles throughout his career, from line cook to sous chef and eventually executive chef. His passion for the restaurant business later led him to explore front-of-house (FOH) operations, where he progressed from waiter to Chief Operating Officer. This dual perspective-spanning both BOH and FOH - gives Chris a unique ability to understand and address the challenges faced by restaurant owners.
